The universe has been producing particles. From quarks to the elements of the periodic table. Combined, they make more complex molecules. Eventually, we appeared. Products of stars as more stars get born. As do black holes. Producing is everywhere going on, all the time.
Businesses produce results. Good and bad. We make mistakes. We have momentary wins. As in business, so in life.
Understanding is different. Of all the particles produced in our observable universe, our understanding has been a recent affair. Humans are the explaining species, who develop rigid hypotheses to test and push the limits of our understanding.
AI has replicated what happened at the beginning of the universe. It produces more than we currently understand. Presently, it may drown out our artistic creations and important features. But as a consequence, there is now more to explain.
We may not know the role of neon when it is discovered, but later on we find its use in creating light.
To understand, we have to produce, even if the production appears stupid in retrospect.
